traditionally we judge matters by reality, and are not
interested in to paper work. so when using ISO 9001's system
while following the system regulations, the paper work is
what the main problem that has to be solved. other then
that, when we are exercising ISO 9001 quality management ,
often because we want to gain the qualification as soon as
possible so we would make a complicated document managing
system, later onwards because the data would not be
accessible and just make notes and documents that have no
use to your self. then the main aim has been lost.
other then documentation, the managing level often
disregards the importance of the quality systems control
between different levels of staff, should have a specialized
character and responsibility, with the addition of full
training and usage to give advantage to the continuous of
the organization's training to improve the organization in
